Student Systems provides
IT Support only for Scholarships and Student Administration, Academic Services, GaSP, USG Business Unit,
Records Management, Internal Audit and the Principal's Office. All other users should contact your local IT Support.

- Setting up new users

- Providing access to network drives
- Setting up remote access to enable you to work from home
Software
- Support to install software from the approved University catalogue
- Support to recover deleted files
Software Procurement
- Student Systems can assist you with your purchase of non-corporate software. However, all costs must be picked-up by the purchasing team and support for that software cannot be guaranteed by Student Systems.
Local Databases
- We will support existing local Access and ColdFusion applications
What we can't Support?
- As stated above we cannot support any locally purchased, non corporate software.
- We are not able to move IT equipment for you. If you need to have IT equipment moved please contact the University Servitors
- However, we will be able to assist in the setting-up of any moved hardware.
