Student Systems can upload spreadsheets of student 'Additional Achievements'.

Appropriate bodies (i.e. EUSA, EUSU) may submit spreadsheets following the format used in the example spreadsheet linked to below. Cohorts of students may be submitted for the following categories:

• The Edinburgh Award
• Student Union or Sports Union representatives, office bearers, society and sports club official positions (president, secretary, treasurer)
• Student representatives (information supplied by EUSA)
• Student membership of internal university review teams (e.g. teaching programme reviews)

Spreadsheets should conform as near as possible to the following example, and be submitted to studentsystems@ed.ac.uk with a subject line "[type of information] HEAR data for upload to EUCLID.

• EUSA Student reps: end Semester 2
