Mapping of pre-2010/11 Results to Course Assessment Grades within EUCLID
The student course assessment records for pre-2010/11 (as were displayed via WISARD/NESI) held grade and result in two separate fields. EUCLID only displays a grade, so WISARD grades and result combinations were mapped to a single grade field when the records were migrated.
The grade/result mapping to the EUCLID grades are shown in the table below. This is for internal use; a separate table is provided for students to more clearly explain the EUCLID grades - see http://www.studentsystems.ed.ac.uk/MyEd/student/Course_Grades_Explained.htm. A link to this is provided from within each student's Courses Channel with MyEd.
