Add a Course to a Collection

Retrieve the collection to be amended following the guidance in Section: Retrieving & Amending Collections.

To add a course to a collection click .

Courses are added to collections by their unique course code. To help retrieve course codes, a dynamic list box is available.

To retrieve a course using the dynamic list box begin typing the course code (any case) or the course name (case sensitive). Courses matching the keywords entered will be displayed in a drop down list, click on the relevant course to select it.

This will populate the Course Code field with the selected code.

Click  to add the course to the collection and return to the Amend Collection screen.

The course has been added and saved to the collection, to add further courses repeat the above process, otherwise click  to finish.
