Curriculum Management Homepage
The Curriculum Management homepage is made up of four menus. These are DPT Maintenance, DPT Collections, Curriculum Management Reports and Curriculum Management Group Intrays.
DPT Maintenance & Collections Menus
The DPT Maintenance and DPT Collections menus will only be available to staff with the DPT Editor role.
The links within the two menus provide access to the functionality for amending and maintaining both DPTs and Course Collections.
Curriculum Management Reports
The Curriculum Management Reports menu will be available to all University staff with access to EUCLID. These reports are read only and therefore no changes can be made to DPTs or Course Collections.
There are currently two reports available; View Current DPTs and View Collections.
Curriculum Management Group Intrays
All EUCLID users have a personal intray called My Intray. In addition to personal intrays, school and scheme (UG/PG) specific DPT Group Intrays have been created allowing staff from the same school to access messages related to their schools DPTs.
Below we can see a link to the UG DPT Creation Group Intray for the School of Literatures, Languages and Culture. Only staff with the DPT Editor role from the School of Literatures, Languages and Culture will have access to this intray.
Click the UG DPT Creation (LLC) link to open the intray.
The DPT Undergraduate Group Intray for the School of Literatures, Languages and Cultures displays all system communications, messages and tasks for that school.
The date received, communication type, subject and status are displayed along with the sender. To open an Intray message click on the Subject title, this will display the message in full.
To return to the group intray click the Intray link in the bottom left hand corner of the message. |
