Introduction to Course Collections

Degree Programme Tables are generally made up of both compulsory and optional courses.

During the Online Course Self Selection process, students will be unable to make changes to their compulsory course enrolments.

They will however have the opportunity to select their optional courses from a pre-determined list of suitable options. These pre-determined lists are called course collections and are simply defined as a group of two or more courses.

There are 3 types of collections:

• School collections
• Subject collections
• Programme collections
