Retrieve DPTs for Amendment

Select the Amend DPT option from the DPT Maintenance menu.

This will open the View Current DPT: Search for Programme screen as displayed below.

DPTs can be retrieved using the dynamic list box in the Programme field or by searching on a combination of School, Scheme and Programme Name.

To retrieve the DPTs for a programme start typing either the code or name into the field to automatically display a list of matching programmes.

By entering Arabic into the dynamic field, a list of programmes beginning with the keyword are displayed. Click on a programme in the list to select it, this will populate the field with the selected programme code.

Click  to retrieve the DPTs.

The programme code and name are displayed, both are hyperlinks to the DPTs for this programme.

Click the programme name or code hyperlink to view the DPTs.

Arabic and French (MA) is a four year programme and therefore requires four DPTs. Above we can see the 2009/10 DPT Codes for each year along with a DPT Description and DPT Year Status i.e. Active/Inactive.

Select the DPT year to be amended by clicking on the DPT Code hyperlink. This will open the DPT Amendment screen displayed below.
