Edit Course Enrolments (not validated by DPT rules)

The Edit Course Enrolments (not validated by DPT rules) allows DoS/Administrative staff to edit course enrolments whilst by passing both the DPT rules and individual course Entry Requirements.

The Edit Course Enrolments link can be used to:

  • Manually enrol a student onto their courses where no DPT exists and it is therefore not possible to use the DPT validated Course Enrolment link.
  • Edit course enrolments that have been previously confirmed using the DPT validated Course Enrolment link.
  • Enrol a student on a course where they have failed to meet an existing Entry Requirement but have been given permission to take the course.
  • Enrol students onto their courses where they have received credit for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and can no longer be enrolled using the DPT validated Course Enrolment link.

Click the Edit Course Enrolments link.

The Edit Course Enrolment (not validated by DPT rules) screen is displayed showing a list of the student’s current course enrolments.

From this screen DoS/Administrators are able to:

  • Add a Course
  • Cancel or Withdraw a Course
  • Change the Mode of Study
  • View the Timetable

Note: It is recommended that student’s are initially enrolled onto their Optional Courses using the DPT validated Course Enrolment link and that the Edit Course Enrolment (not validated by DPT rules) link is only used where there is a need to bypass the DPT or Entry Requirement validation.
