Student List Report

The Student List Report is the main screen for managing all student course enrolments.

It displays links to the Online Course Enrolment (OCE) functionality for students whose course enrolments you hold permissions to edit.

Director of Studies, PG Supervisors and nominated Administrative staff are able to retrieve students to populate the Student List Report.

Having populated the Student List with the student(s) whose course enrolments you wish to edit you will be able to:

  • Submit Course Enrolments validated by the DPT rules
  • Edit Course Enrolments without DPT validation
  • View the Student’s Timetable
  • View the Published DPT for a Student’s Programme of Study
  • View the Student’s Details
  • View Web Timetable

Whether you are managing course enrolments as a student’s DoS/Supervisor or as a Student Support Officer/Administrator the options in the Student List Report are exactly the same.
