How do I enter a student's Class Medal & Prizes details?

Adding Class Medal & Prizes details

Click on the Awards tab

the Awards tab contains information on awards gained within Edinburgh University and any Medals or Prizes that have been awarded.

Whilst the Awards Achieved details are read only, the Class Medals and Prizes information can be updated.

This can be done by clicking on the Add link.

Staff updating Medal or Prize details are required to complete the following information:

1. UUN/Instance - The programme the student is currently enrolled upon can be selected from a drop down menu.
2. Details - A free text field to be entered with the Medal/Prize details.
3. Academic Year - The academic year the Medal/Prize is relevant to can be selected from a drop down menu.

Once the field have been updated the details can be saved by clicking on the button.
