Can I edit a student's course enrolments within the student hub?
Editing Course Enrolment via the Student Hub
Click on the Courses tab
Personal Tutors can enrol their Tutees onto courses via the Add/Edit link within the Courses tab.
Clicking on the link will display a screen listing all Tutees.
All students are enroled upon compulsory courses on transfer from applicant to student or Roll over for continuing students. The Ready for Course Selection status indicates that the student is awaiting confirmation of their optional course selection. This will display as Course Selection Confirmed when complete.
Clicking on the DPT validated Course Enrolment link will allow Director's to edit courses under the DPT rules.
Clicking on the Edit Course Enrolments link will allow Director's to edit Students without any constraints on course selection.
Clicking on the Timetable link will display the student's timetable based upon the courses already confirmed.
