1.	Post Offer Communications
	1.1	Overview
	Role 08 user access (Local Admissions Marketing/PAVD Function) will allow access to the system, restricted to current applications where An offer has been made (decision is is ‘C’ or ‘U’) 24 hours has elapsed since the UoE offer communication has been delivered to the applicant's intray The application resides in the School/College Role 08 is based in A read only ACD screen and full access to interview event screens will be available for these cases, along with read only access to the personal statement and reference.

	1.2	Viewing the Personal Statement
	Select the ACD screen from the Admissions Process Menu Retrieve the record for the relevant student. You will see that certain fields are already populated with restrictions to the data you can retrieve Status Code Initial Decision Initial Response College Once you have retrieved the student record, scroll to the top of the screen and use the drop down list to select “Personal Statement” Click on the “other” button This will pull through the Personal Statement for the student.

	1.3	Recording Hobbies and Interests
	Select the ACD screen from the Admissions Process menu. Retrieve the record for the relevant student, you will see that certain fields are already populated with restrictions to the data you can retrieve Status Code Initial Decision Initial Response College Once you have retrieved the student record, use the drop down list to select “Student Details” Click on the “other” button You will now be taken to the Student Details (STU) screen The hobby field is in the lower right part of the screen. You can select from the list of hobbies stored in the database. If the hobby or interest you require is not in the database, you can have new ones added. (Process to be confirmed)

2.	Local Reporting
	Role 09 Local Admissions Reporting Function has access to run and view specified corporately produced reports. There will be security on the reports to restrict the return of data to the user’s own school – i.e. if Role 09 from AHSS runs the report, it should return data only for AHSS applicants.
