The new External Examiner Reporting System (EERS) aims to develop business processed and IT tools which facilitate effective qualitative and quantative analysis of external examiner reports, so as to inform the University's strategic direction to quality assurance.
This classroom session will introduce staff to the Business Intelligence Suite (BIS) reporting too and reporting using EERS data to identify thematic trends.
