How do I delete a meeting/note/comment?

All student & staff with access to the Personal Tutors software can delete posted items.

If you have posted an item, you are able to delete this item, however, if the item has been posted by anyone other than you, then you will not be able to delete this item.

To delete an item posted by you, retrieve the item via the student's Meetings/Notes record, and click on the Flag Deleted link:

This will display a confirmation screen:

To confirm the item to be deleted, click on the Delete message button.

When an item has been flagged as deleted, it is no longer displayed, however, a message will be displayed in its place to highlight the deletion:

A record of the original item will be kept in the EUCLID database.
