How do I identify students with past meetings still open?

Click on the Senior Tutor page within navigation menu bar.

Click on the Past meetings still open link on the right hand side menu bar.

This will display a list of students within your school with an open meeting (i.e. does not have a Note or Comment against its item) where the date is now in the past.

Click on the Notes/meeting button next to the the appropriate Tutee.

This will open a window to allow you to Add a note or Comment against the open meeting for your Tutee.
