The EUCLID Support desk is open Monday to Friday from 8.00am-5.00pm GMT. If you require assistance outside of these times and your query can not be resolved by referring to the User Guide, Frequently Asked Questions and On Line Training, please view our self help pages or leave a message on the answering machine and we will contact you once our offices are open.
