Keying an Application

What does the Other Admissions applicant see in their EUCLID Portal?

All applicants who have opted to use the EUCLID Portal will see the following pages:

Home

An example of the Home page for an applicant to a Visiting Student programme can be seen below:

The Home page displays five containers:

Container Description
Support Information Provides useful information on the browser settings required to use EUCLID.
My Personal Info Provides links to allow applicants to update their Personal information e.g. name, address.
My Intray Contains messages sent to the applicant by the University to welcome the applicant and and request further information.
Fees & Funding

The links here allow the applicant to view their Fee status, how it has been calculated and the tuition fee due.

If the applicant fee has not been calculated and is queried, the applicant can complete the Fees Status Questionnaire online to allow Student Administration to define their status.

Data Protection Provides information on the University's responsibilities regarding the protection of the applicant's data.

 

My Applications

An example of the My Applications page for an applicant to a Visiting Student programme can be seen below:

 

The My Applications page displays four containers:

Container Description
My Application(s)

Describes the status of the programme(s) applied for i.e. admissions decision and applicant response.

It also contains links to allow the applicant to supply/action the following:

  • Passport details
  • Change programme applied for
  • Withdraw their application
  • Decline an offer
  • Add/edit Agent details

If the application required the selection of UoE course enrolment at the admissions stage, the status of theses choices would be displayed here.

Clearance Check List This container displays the status of any clearance checks issued to the applicant i.e. requests for information in support of the applications, or details required to complete the application process.
Useful Links Provides multiple links to other useful University web pages.
Data Protection Provides information on the University's responsibilities regarding the protection of the applicant's data.

The Content page purpose is so allow the applicant to hide/display the containers within the Home & My Applications pages.
