Welcome Booklet

When an applicant is Unconditional Firm status and is within 10 weeks of their programme start date, an intray message is automatically generated to the applicants Intray after 36hrs has elapsed.

The Intray message text looks like this:

Schools/colleges are no longer producing the joining pack intray message or letter as all joining information for the applicants is provided in the webpages that the applicants are referred to in this Welcome Booklet message.
