How do I process the payment to UKBA?
As the Sponsor for overseas students requiring UKBA clearance to study, the University is required to not only provide UKBA with the students details, but also to purchase the Confirmation of Acceptance (CAS) for Studies (CAS) from UKBA for each student.
Student Systems are responsible for the payment of CAS requests. This is paid for by batch file. Batch files are extracted from EUCLID daily (Mon-Fri)
When a batch file has been successfully uploaded to UKBA SMS, payment may be processed by University Credit card for the batch. The Student Systems team member responsible will need the following details to proceed:
- UKBA SMS Batch ID
- Batch ID created date
